I was impressed by the standard of the room and the hotel compared to the price. Also, my room rate included breakfast AND dinner! I was surprised by this. The Dinner wasn't gourmet, but it was good enough, and very good given it was basically free. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Riga, this is good as you get a nice room, good location, and 2 free meals!

My staying in the hotel was very good. Good lockation: near to Old Riga and Railway station.

I very much liked the design, that it was clean, friendly staff. At the rate that we got the hotel I can much recomend it. We did not have any problems. The free wi-fi worked in the lobby as well as in our rooms.
The so called orange juice at the breakfast buffé was the among the worst I've ever had. And the water presure in our shower was very poor.

The position is good next to Riga centre, staff is helpful and the room was clean. There wasn't a double bed, but this seems to be lacking in whole Baltic region! The dinner offered in conjunction with the room is ok, but the choice is very limited and always the same dishes no matter how long you're staying. Parking in front of the hotel is useful.

Location, Value for the mony
The room was too small, we stayed for one night in a double room. The room was so small we couldn't move around without bumping into each other. One night was bearable but definitely not more.

The rooms were very warm. They had airconditioners, but they did not function in any room (I travelled in a group of 7).

Fine location between Old town and the market, convenient parking. Very clean, functional room, good design. The bathroom was well designed, the water hot.
The hotel had a gang of British yobbos staying, and they were noisy, even at night - the inner courtyard does echo a bit. But we can hardly fault the hotel for that - the attractive rates attract people. - Our room's tv remote was missing; I called down to report it, just so that they would not suspect us for taking it. The response was that "we have a problem with tv connections right now, so sorry" . Well that was pure fobbing off, there was nothing wrong with the tv and the buttons worked. I told them laterand the respnse was "yes sir we will send up a remote..." Two days later still no remote. Well, the channels worked anyway.

The location is excellent. It is on the edge of old town, with the airport-bound bus bus-stop literally right outside the hotel. The central bus station and train station are no more than 5 minutes walk away. Our deal included dinner which is brilliant. Though choice is limited but you cannot complain when it's included for free.
